• Check in time: Anytime after that house is cleaned
• Check-out is at 10 :00 Am the Next day. Kindly keep time & in case you are planning to extend your stay, notify us early enough. In case of extension, cash should be sent by 11.00 am
• At checkout, please return the key back to the Lockbox and notify us.

Reservation details

• House can only be reserved after it’s booked through Mpesa payment. No cash transactions.
• Refund not applicable after 3 hours of transaction

Cleaning schedule

• The house is cleaned between 10.00 and 11.00 am for daily clients.
• For long-stay Clients, cleaning is done after every two days.

House rules and policies

• 👉Send ID or Passport of the Clients occupying the unit. Names should match with Mpesa transaction details.
• 👉The House accommodates 2 persons per stay
• 👉No smoking inside the house, if you have to, use the balcony or the rooftop.
• 👉Strictly no disturbance, loud noise or music in the premises
• 👉Leave the house as you found it. Any damages in the premises shall be fully compensated by the client responsible.
