Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is an open plan that is fully equipped and stocked, with an Electric Jug, Microwave, utensils, Koko Cooker(uses Clean Fuel), and a Fridge.

The Living Spaces

Features a roomy living area with a 43′ flat-screen TV, nap-worthy 3 seater sofa and windows that fill the space with natural light

Bedroom and Bathroom

In the bedroom, there is also a big window that fills the bedroom with enough natural light. There is a 5 by 6 bed with clean linen always. The bed is hard but comfortable. The bed sleeps two people comfortably. There is also enough storage in the bedroom.

The bathroom is opposite the open-plan kitchen. It is also well equipped with accessories like Soap, cleaning detergents, and hot shower.

Amenities You’ll Love

• Minimart: This is a small supermarket where you can quite a variety of basic items you may need during your stay.
• Terrace/Chilling Spots: This is from the 6th floor onwards to the 11th floor. There are benches where you can sit as you puff your cigarette, or enjoy the cool breeze and great views of the City’s Skyline.
• Pool table: It is on the 11th floor, this is also used by other apartment Residents and Guests.
• Liquor Store: It is on the ground floor and operates till late in the night, they can deliver liquor to your apartment.
• Grocery Store: at the ground floor, have a couple of groceries
• Butchery: you can buy meat at the Butchery found at the ground floor.
• Restaurant: There are two restaurants one at the ground floor and another at the Rooftop.
• Business Center (Cyber Cafe): found at the ground floor.
• Watering Point: You can order fresh drinking water/ also you can refill which is very cheap.
• Laundromat: there are two laundry areas. It is quite affordable for this service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Kindly note that there is an ON-GOING construction near the apartment, and noise from construction machinery may be experienced.
• NO SMOKING inside the house, I would appreciate if you did it at the terrace.
• Clean Linens are included. Change of linen is after every two nights stay or end of the stay if for one night stay.
• Amenities include free WIFI, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
• Payments are via the app/using Mpesa. No cash accepted.
• Noise Policy applies; keep it low so as not to disturb other guests or Residents.
• No parties allowed.
• House can host up to 3 pax maximum.
• Going out of the apartment, you need to ask the guard to open the gate for you coz it only opens with a finger scan.
• Your ID/Passport will be required during check-in.
